Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
Welcome to Pixelnova E-Shop. These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the pixelnova.ar website (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services through it, operated by Pixelnova S.A.S., with CUIT 30-71960452-4 and registered address in Mendoza Province, Argentine Republic. By browsing, registering and/or buying on the Site, you declare you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
1. General terms and definitions
- "Pixelnova", "the Company" or "the Seller" means Pixelnova S.A.S., the legal entity responsible for the Site and for sales made through it.
- "User" is any person browsing the Site. "Customer" is a User with a registered account and/or who makes purchases.
- "Products" are the goods displayed in the catalog: electronic components, development boards, sensors, motors, robotics, mechatronics and 3D printing supplies, among others.
- Images, measurements and descriptions of Products are illustrative and reference-only. In case of discrepancy between the manufacturer datasheet and the Site description, the official datasheet prevails.
2. Customer account and registration
- To buy, an account must be created with true, complete and up-to-date data, including first name, last name, email, phone, document type and number, and ARCA fiscal category.
- The Customer is responsible for safeguarding their password and for all operations performed under their account. In case of unauthorized use, they must notify us immediately through our official channels.
- Pixelnova may suspend or cancel accounts that provide false data, commit fraud, breach these terms, or use automated tools (bots) to place orders or scrape Site data.
- Registration implies consent to receive operational communications related to your orders (confirmations, shipments, invoicing notices).
3. Fiscal data and invoicing
- All purchases are invoiced electronically according to ARCA (former AFIP) regulations. The fiscal category declared at registration —Final Consumer, Registered, Monotributista or Exempt— determines the type of invoice issued (Invoice A or B) under RG 5003/2021 and amendments.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to correctly declare their fiscal category and document (DNI/CUIT). Invoices issued with incorrect data provided by the Customer may only be corrected within the timeframes established by current tax regulations.
- Exempt entities (educational institutions, non-profit civil associations and other exempt subjects) must correctly declare their status to receive Invoice B without VAT discrimination where applicable.
- Displayed prices are expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Pixelnova reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice; applicable prices are those in force at the time of purchase confirmation.
4. Purchase process and availability
- The catalog shows stock synchronized in real time with our ERP system. However, in exceptional synchronization events, if a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will contact you to offer an equivalent product, a refund, or the restock time.
- Order confirmation is subject to verification of payment and Customer data. Pixelnova may cancel orders showing reasonable signs of fraud, identity theft or money laundering.
- Orders are processed on business days Monday through Friday. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and may vary due to logistical causes or force majeure.
5. Payment methods
- Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL/TLS encryption. The Site does not store card data: payment information is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS certified payment providers.
- The order becomes firm once the gateway confirms payment approval. Repeated rejected payment attempts may trigger automatic cancellation of the cart.
- In case of any payment discrepancy (duplicate amounts, unrecognized charges), the Customer must contact us within 10 calendar days and Pixelnova will manage the correction with the corresponding gateway.
6. Shipping and delivery
- We ship throughout Argentine territory from our warehouse in Mendoza. The cost and timeframe of each shipment are calculated and shown before purchase confirmation.
- Timeframes start counting from payment confirmation and are estimates, not essential terms. Delays due to fortuitous events or force majeure (weather, transport strikes, health restrictions) are not attributable to Pixelnova, which will promptly inform the new estimate.
- Upon receiving the package, the Customer must verify its integrity. If visible damage or incomplete content is observed, it must be noted on the carrier's delivery note and reported to us within 48 hours through official channels with photographs.
- Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the Customer upon delivery. Delivery data entered by the Customer is under their exclusive responsibility.
7. Product warranty
- All products carry the 6-month legal warranty under art. 11 of Law 24.240 of Consumer Defense, plus any additional manufacturer warranty indicated on the product page.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, overvoltage, polarity inversion, soldering or modifications made by the Customer, unprofessional handling, humidity, or use outside published technical specifications.
- To enforce the warranty, file the claim through our official channels indicating the order number. Pixelnova may request the return of the product for technical evaluation; shipping costs for a valid warranty claim are borne by the Company.
- Sensitive electronic components (semiconductors, modules, drivers) should be handled with ESD precautions and under the supervision of qualified personnel.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
- Under art. 34 of Law 24.240, for distance purchases the Customer has 10 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw and request the return without cause, contacting us through official channels.
- For the return to proceed, the product must be unused, complete, with its accessories and in its original packaging, in conditions to be marketed again.
- The refund is made through the same payment method used, within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the product. Return shipping cost is borne by the Customer unless there is a defect or error attributable to Pixelnova.
- We do not accept returns of opened consumables (filaments, solders, adhesives), software, or digital services already rendered.
9. Acceptable use of the Site
- Site content (texts, datasheets, photographs, logos, platform code) is property of Pixelnova or its suppliers and is protected by Law 11.723 on Intellectual Property. Reproduction, mass extraction (scraping) or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.
- It is not permitted to: attempt to access administrative areas without authorization, inject malicious code, evade security mechanisms (including the anti-bot captcha), perform denial of service, or use the Site to publish illegal, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.
- Customer reviews and comments must correspond to real purchase experiences. Pixelnova may remove reviews that breach these terms or the law.
- The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., studiopixelnova.com). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
10. Personal data protection
- The personal data you provide is processed in accordance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations, and is used exclusively to manage your orders, issue electronic invoices, coordinate shipments and —if you consent— send you commercial news.
- Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties outside the operation (payment gateways, logistics operators, invoicing providers), who act as data processors under confidentiality obligations.
- You may exercise your rights of access, correction, update and deletion by writing to our official contact channel. Pixelnova maintains reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including TLS encryption of all communications.
- For details on cookies and tracking technologies used, see our Privacy Policy in the footer.
11. Limitation of liability
- Pixelnova is liable for the proper provision of services and for defects or flaws in products under the terms of Argentine consumer law. It is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data losses derived from the use of products in Customer projects.
- Products are sold for use according to their technical specifications. It is the Customer's responsibility (or their advising technician's) to validate the component's suitability for the intended application, especially in critical, medical, aeronautical or personal-safety systems.
- The Site may present interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure provider failures or cyberattacks. Pixelnova will seek to restore service as soon as possible without liability for such interruptions, except willful misconduct.
12. Modifications and applicable law
- Pixelnova may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version remains published on this page with its last update date; ongoing purchases are governed by the terms in force at the time of the offer.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic (Civil and Commercial Code, Law 24.240 and applicable tax/commercial regulations).
- For any dispute, the parties will first exhaust an instance of direct, good-faith resolution. If no agreement is reached, they will submit to the ordinary courts of the city of Mendoza, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
- You may also resort for free to the Tax Conciliation service/COPREC or to the official Consumer Defense site of the Argentine Republic.
