At Pixelnova S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71960452-4, Mendoza, Argentina) we handle your personal data with the same rigor with which we test every component we sell. This policy describes what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights under Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
1. Data we collect
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email, phone, delivery address.

- Browsing and order data: purchase history, cart, IP address, browser and visited pages, for operational and fraud-prevention purposes.
- We do not collect sensitive data (health, biometrics, beliefs) or card payment data: those are processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways without reaching our servers.
2. Purposes of processing
- Manage your account, process orders, coordinate shipments and issue fiscal invoices before ARCA.
- Provide technical support and manage warranties and returns.
- Prevent fraud, automated abuse (bots) and ensure Site security.
- Commercial news only if you consent to subscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
- Improve the catalog and shopping experience based on aggregated, anonymized metrics.
3. Recipients and transfers
- We share data exclusively with operators necessary for the operation: payment gateways, postal/express logistics operators, electronic invoicing providers and cloud infrastructure.
- All providers act as data processors under confidentiality contracts and security standards.
- We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
- We may only disclose data upon request from a competent judicial or administrative authority.
4. Cookies and browsing technologies
- We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for Site functionality: user session, cart contents, language and visual theme preferences.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking profiles for advertising sales.
- You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies; in that case some features (cart, logged-in session) may not work correctly.
5. Security and retention
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption on all communications, role-based access control, passwords encrypted with robust algorithms and administrative access monitoring.
- Order and invoicing data is kept during applicable fiscal and accounting legal periods; account data is kept while you keep the account active.
- In case of a security incident affecting your data, we will inform you and the Public Access Agency (AAIP) in accordance with current regulations.
6. Your rights
- Access: know what data of yours we process. Correction and update: fix inaccurate data (for example, from your profile in "My Account").
- Deletion: request erasure of your data when no longer necessary for the commercial relationship, except legal conservation obligations (invoicing).
- Objection and consent withdrawal: cancel subscriptions to commercial communications whenever you want.
- To exercise these rights, write to us through the official channels listed in the footer of this Site. We will respond within the timeframes of Law 25.326. If you consider you were not properly attended, you may resort to the Public Access Agency (AAIP).
